What is the founding pilot?
The founding pilot is a small group of Florida operators who use the AI file audit on their own files and help shape the Florida product. The audit reads your resident and staff files, checks them against Chapter 429 F.S. and Chapter 59A-36 F.A.C., and returns likely deficiencies with the evidence, a suggested severity and a draft plan of correction for your team to review. As a founding operator, you would:
- run the audit on your facility's files and review the findings with us;
- tell us where the findings are right, wrong or missing something, so we can improve the Florida checks;
- help us decide how memory care requirements should be added once AHCA adopts its rules.

Who is early access for?
Early access is for people who run or oversee Florida ALFs and memory care communities. That includes:
- administrators and managers of licensed assisted living facilities;
- owners and operators with one or several facilities;
- directors of nursing, wellness directors and compliance leads;
- operators deciding whether they will need Florida's new Memory Care Services license.
What happens after you apply?
We reply by email and, if the pilot looks like a fit, set up a short call.

- Before any files are shared, we agree in writing how data will be handled. Nothing involving resident records starts until then.
What we ask you not to share
Please don't include any resident or health information in the form. We only need details about you and your facility. Care Copilot does not currently claim HIPAA compliance or SOC 2 certification, and we are a UK company with no US entity yet.
