# Care Copilot

> Care Copilot is a UK software company whose AI audits care records against the regulator's rules. This site covers its plans for Florida assisted living facility (ALF) and memory care operators regulated by AHCA, including Florida's new Memory Care Services license.

Care Copilot is a UK company. It has no US entity, office or customers yet. It is testing demand in Florida and offering early-access pilots to assisted living and memory care operators. Nothing on this site is legal or regulatory advice; check requirements with AHCA and your own advisers.
